Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how asuteganov.com ("the Site") handles personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of the Russian Federation ("On Personal Data"). The Site operator is A.S. Utegenov.

2. What Data We Collect

The Site collects the following categories of data:

  • Technical data: IP address (anonymized in logs), browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit timestamps. Collected automatically via web server logs and Yandex Metrica.
  • Cookies: Session identifiers and analytics cookies set by Yandex Metrica (see Section 4).
  • Contact form data: If you use the contact form — your name, email, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is deleted after 90 days.

The Site does not collect or process special categories of personal data (health, political opinions, religious beliefs, etc.).

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on:

  • Your consent (Art. 6(1) of 152-FZ) — for cookies and analytics;
  • Legitimate interest — for server logs needed to ensure security and diagnose technical issues;
  • Contract performance — when you submit a contact form, we process data to respond to your request.

4. Cookies and Yandex Metrica

The Site uses Yandex Metrica for web analytics. Yandex Metrica sets cookies on your device and collects usage statistics (page views, session duration, traffic source).

Cookies are loaded only after you give consent via the cookie consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

5. Data Retention

  • Server logs: up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.
  • Analytics data: retained by Yandex Metrica according to their policy (up to 36 months).
  • Contact form submissions: up to 90 days after resolution.

6. Data Sharing

Personal data is not sold, rented, or traded. Data may be disclosed to:

  • Yandex — for analytics processing (as a data processor under contract);
  • Hosting provider — server infrastructure logs for security;
  • State authorities — only upon lawful request in accordance with RF legislation.

7. Transfer of Data Abroad

Hosting infrastructure is located in the Russian Federation. Yandex Metrica processes data in accordance with Russian data localization requirements. No cross-border transfer of personal data to non-adequate countries is performed without your consent.

8. Your Rights

Under 152-FZ, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and receive a copy;
  • Request correction of inaccurate data;
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • Withdraw consent for processing;
  • Object to processing for direct marketing.

9. Security Measures

The Site employs TLS encryption (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security updates. Server logs are access-restricted.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at individuals under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.

This Policy may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
